SpongeBob Dress

He starts out in his usual outfit at the top of SpongeBob Dress, standing against a plain backdrop with a rack of clothes just out of frame. The first pick is typically a shirt or jacket, and it snaps onto him immediately, squares and all, so you can see right away whether a busy print works on his shape or overwhelms it.

The rack breaks into jackets and shirts, then pants or shorts, then a shelf of hats and glasses, then shoes last. Expect a bow tie, a Hawaiian-print shirt, a backwards cap, checkered sneakers, and maybe a pair of sunglasses, and most of the tops layer fine over each other if you want a jacket open over a printed shirt.

The novelty in this fashion and runway game is dressing a character whose body shape is nothing like the usual dress-up figure, so a jacket or a tie sits differently on square shoulders than it would on anyone else. A round usually finishes with him posed on a runway strip or a stage, fully dressed and ready for a screenshot.

Try a patterned shirt on its own before adding a jacket, since his flat front is wide enough that two busy prints stacked together can look messy. Keep the hat and glasses in the same color as the shoes to tie the outfit together at both ends. The bow tie sits in a small slot near the shirts and is easy to scroll past, but it dresses up even the plainest shirt choice.
