About
What we check, and what we still do not know.
There is no shortage of dress up games on the internet. There is a real shortage of places that have bothered to sort the good ones from the rest.
DressUpLand combines licensed distributor feeds with automated catalogue checks. A browser probe can confirm that a frame paints, but that is not a hands-on review of every wardrobe, advert, control, or age-suitability question.

What gets a game in
Four checks, each with an explicit limit.
The embed is a game
The sync rejects distributor landing pages and malformed embed URLs. A network check confirms reachability, not the quality of every play session.
Phone claims need a record
A page says phone support is confirmed only when the catalogue has that result. Unknown support stays visibly unknown.
Search visibility is tiered
Weak distributor records and games tagged only as decorating, cleaning, doctor, or puzzle stay playable but are kept out of the sitemap.
Safety is not assumed
Automated render checks are not safety certification. Parent-facing lists use a documented metadata screen and still ask adults to preview each game.
Where the games come from
We do not make these games. They are made by independent studios and licensed to us through the distributors those studios publish with. The developer keeps the rights, keeps the credit, and earns a share of what the game makes here.
If you made something on this site and want it changed or taken down, write to contact@dressupland.com with the game's URL and we will action it.
Ads, and how we handle kids
The site is free because of advertising. Site-controlled ad requests carry child-directed treatment and ad personalization is disabled. Third-party game frames may contain their own advertising.
Cloudflare Web Analytics, GA4 and Microsoft Clarity measure site use. GA4 and Clarity load only on the production hostname and use cookies; the privacy policy explains the current measurement choices and their limits.
We never ask for a name, an email, or an age. Favorites and recently-played are kept in your own browser and never leave your device. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

Takedowns, broken games, an advertisement that should not be on a site children play on, or anything else — one address, and a person reads it.
