Terms of use

These terms cover your use of dressupland.com. Using the site means you accept them. They are deliberately short, because there is not much to agree to: there is no account, no payment, and nothing to subscribe to.
Using the site
You may play any game here, for free, as often as you like. Please do not:
- scrape, mirror or republish the catalogue, our descriptions, or our page structure;
- embed our pages, or the game frames within them, on another site;
- attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting, or the advertising it carries;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.
Who owns the games
We did not make the games. Each one is created by an independent developer or studio and licensed to us through the distributor that developer publishes with. Copyright, trade marks and every other right in a game stay with its owner. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you or to us.
If you are a rights holder and a game on this site is here without your permission, write to contact@dressupland.com with the game's URL and we will remove it. We would rather act quickly than argue.
What we own
The site's design, our category system, and the descriptions we have written for each game are ours. The cover art is the developer's, served from the distributor's own image servers.
Advertising
The site is free because the games carry advertising, served by the distributors and their partners. We do not control which specific advertisements appear. If you see one that is inappropriate for a site children play on, tell us what it was and where, and we will raise it with the distributor.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. Games are third-party software that can be updated, broken or withdrawn by their developers at any time, so we cannot promise that a particular game will keep working or stay available. We also cannot promise the site will never be down.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from any third-party game or advertisement served through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for what is on it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
