Beauty Race 3D

Down a sprint lane, a 3D character passes through gates, each one holding an icon for a lipstick, a hairbrush, or a spa treatment. The first gate decides the starting look, since grabbing the wrong icon locks out its whole category for the rest of the lap. Beauty Race 3D turns the usual slow makeover screen into a timed obstacle course instead of a still portrait.

The gates cycle through a short list of categories as the lane goes on: skincare icons like a face mask or a cucumber eye patch, makeup icons like blush and mascara, and styling icons for a braid or a bun. Outfit gates show up near the end of the lane, swapping in a dress or a spa robe over whatever base look the earlier gates built. Each grabbed icon replaces the one before it in that same category, so only the last gate in a lane counts.

Most makeover games let a look sit still on screen while it's built; this one asks for the look to be assembled at a run, gate by gate, before a finish line photo locks it in. The pressure to grab the right gate at speed separates this makeover game from a slower salon sim, and the finish-line photo is the only record of which gates actually got hit.

One gate grabbed too late can still be undone by the next gate in the same category, so a missed pickup is not always a disaster. Sticking to one color story, like picking pink blush icons over red ones, keeps the finished look from clashing once the outfit gate swaps in a dress. Studying the lane ahead of time helps more than reacting late, since gates for the same category rarely repeat twice in a row.
