What is Chip n Dale Dressup?
A pair of chipmunks sit side by side in Chip n Dale Dressup, and a small toggle decides which one you're currently dressing. Clicking a jacket or cap on the active chipmunk applies it instantly, while the other waits untouched until you switch over.
The rack holds small-scale pieces built for a chipmunk frame: a striped acorn-print sweater, a tiny baseball cap, round glasses, a bow tie, and a mini backpack. Head, body, and accessory rows sit stacked down one side of the screen, and each item layers onto the character currently selected without disturbing whatever the other one is already wearing. A striped sweater on one chipmunk and a bow tie on the other can sit side by side without looking mismatched.
Most animal dress up games hand you a single character, but here the toggle means you're really running two outfits at once, and pairing the chipmunks in matching or clashing sweaters changes the whole read of the pair. A round wraps whenever both chipmunks are dressed to your liking, leaving them posed together with whatever combination you gave each one.
Dressing one chipmunk fully before switching to the other keeps the two looks from blending together by accident. A shared color, like both wearing the same cap, reads as a pair rather than two random outfits. Save the bow tie for whichever chipmunk already has the plainer sweater, since it gets lost against the acorn print.
How do you play and control Chip n Dale Dressup?
Click the toggle to choose a chipmunk, then click items in the panel to dress whichever one is active.
Tap the toggle to switch chipmunks, then tap an item to add it to the selected one.
