Ironman Dress up

Plates of unpainted armor sit on a bare metal frame at the start of Ironman Dress up, waiting for their first coat of color. Clicking a chest piece is usually the first move, and its color choice, red or gunmetal gray, tends to carry through when you add the arms and legs after it.

Armor pieces are grouped by body part: helmet and visor, chest plate with its arc reactor center, a pair of gauntlets, and boot plates, plus a color strip running from classic red and gold to a stealth black and gray. Each plate snaps onto the frame underneath it, so a smaller gauntlet can sit over a full arm plate without hiding the seam between them, and a helmet visor can flip up or down independently of the rest of the head piece.

Where a lot of superhero-themed character creator games stop at a fixed suit, this one lets the arc reactor glow shift between a few colors and lets small workshop props, a tool rack or a workbench, sit in the background behind the finished armor. A completed build ends the round with the character posed against that backdrop, plates and glow color all visible at once.

Painting the chest plate before moving out to the arms and legs keeps the color scheme consistent instead of ending up with mismatched red and silver sections. Matching the arc reactor glow to the main armor color reads more finished than leaving it on a clashing default. The visor flip control is a tiny arrow near the helmet and is easy to miss, but it changes the whole face of the build once it is open.
