What is Pumpkin Carving?
Pumpkin Carving opens on a blank pumpkin sitting next to a carving knife, and the first cut, usually a triangle eye, sets the shape you follow for the rest of the face.
The tool row runs a small knife for fine cuts next to a wider blade for scooping out big sections, plus a stencil set, a classic triangle-eyed face, a cat silhouette, a jagged grin, that stamps a shape straight onto the shell. Past the knife tools sit paint pots in orange, green and black, and a tray of stick-on extras: googly eyes, felt bats, a straw hat. Paint sits under any cuts you have made, and the stickers layer on top of both.
Where most decorating games hand you finished pieces to place, this one has you cut the shell yourself, so a shaky triangle eye stays a shaky triangle eye unless you undo it. The round ends when you set a candle inside and the finished jack-o'-lantern lights up, glowing through whatever cuts you made.
Cut the eyes and nose before the mouth, since a wider mouth shape can wobble the knife if the pumpkin has already lost structural bits nearby. Keep stencils for a symmetrical face and freehand cuts for something crooked and more expressive. The undo button tends to sit off to the side away from the main tools, worth finding before you commit to a bad cut.
