Santa Haircut

You start in a salon chair, and Santa is already sitting in it with a long white beard and a slightly wild head of hair. The first tool the game hands you is the shower head, so you wet him down and lather him up with soap before anything else. Dirt and tangles wash off visibly, which tells you right away this is a step-by-step grooming game, not a one-click makeover game.

Your toolkit is arranged along the bottom or side of the screen: a comb, scissors, an electric trimmer, hair dye bottles, a curling iron and a dryer. Each tool behaves differently. The trimmer shortens hair to a stubble, scissors snip it to any length you drag across, and dye recolors whatever hair you run it over. The stages follow the salon flow, wash, cut, style, then dress-up, and a beard you trimmed short stays short when you move on. The dressing stage adds hats, glasses and full outfit swaps so the finished Santa looks complete rather than half-groomed.

The unusual part is that the beard is fully editable, not a set of preset swatches. You can give Santa a goatee, a chin puff, a long wizard beard or almost nothing, and the shape holds between stages. A round ends when you finish the final stage and see the styled Santa presented in his complete outfit, ready for a Christmas Eve you could actually photograph.

Wash and detangle before cutting, because hair that still has knots in it catches weirdly under the scissors. For a classic look, trim the sides short with the trimmer and keep the chin long, then hit the hair with white or pale blue dye for a frosty finish. The dryer is easy to skip, but running it after dye sets the color so it doesn't smear when you comb.

Click a tool to pick it up, then click and drag across Santa's hair or beard to use it.
