Only after that does the hair and nail work begin.

The toolkit is split by station. Spa items come first, a mud mask, cucumber eye pads, a hot towel, each one changing the client's face before hair even starts. Hair options run from a blunt bob to a long side braid, with a color strip underneath running from ash blonde to honey, and nail polish sits in its own row with matte and glossy finishes side by side. A last tab hands you small decorating pieces, clips, bows, and charms, that sit over the finished hairstyle instead of replacing it.

Most makeover games treat hair and face as the whole job, but this one adds nails and a spa stage as real steps instead of an afterthought, so the client's mood shifts along with her appearance. The visit wraps once every station has been touched, and the game shows the client standing up from the chair in the finished look, hair, nails, and face all changed since the opening shot.

The spa step is worth doing first, since a relaxed expression sells the rest of the makeover better than a tired one under a nice hairstyle. Matching the nail polish shade to the hair color, honey nails with honey blonde hair for example, keeps the whole look from feeling like two separate decisions. The decorating tab sits tucked in last and is easy to miss, but a single clip or charm is usually enough without crowding the hairstyle underneath it.
