Halloween Girl Dressup

A pale-faced girl stands against a plain backdrop when Halloween Girl Dressup opens, and the first click is usually a wig or a set of horns from the panel on the right. Picking a base color for her skin or her hair tints the whole scene toward that choice, so a mint-green face pulls the rest of the picks toward black and purple instead of candy pink.

The panel splits into sections: face paint and contact lenses, hair running from a straight witch-black bob to a tangled orange wig, capes and torn dresses, then a row of scene pieces — a crescent moon, a crooked tombstone, a cluster of jack-o'-lanterns. Clothing layers over itself, so a lace collar sits on top of a dress and a spiderweb tights pattern shows through a torn hem.

Because the tag leans toward decorating as much as dress up, half the fun sits outside the character herself: a decorating game usually stops at clothes, but here the bats, fog and pumpkin stack change as much as the outfit does. A round ends with the finished scene held on screen, ready for a screenshot.

Matching the face paint to the cape color first keeps the rest of the picks from clashing, since the background pieces tend to borrow whatever color sits closest to her collar. Adding fog or a moon behind a plain black dress does more for the mood than another accessory on the girl herself. The scene pieces sit in their own tab near the bottom of the panel, easy to miss if the clothing categories keep the eye up top.
