Pony Run

Pony Run opens on a round little chibi pony standing in a pastel kitchen, already blinking and bobbing to its own animation. Your first job is the pony itself: click through the mane colors and the choice snaps on instantly, no loading, no confirm screen. The screen is split, with the pony on the left and a tabbed panel of gear on the right, so you can watch every change land in real time.

The wardrobe leans hard into the cooking theme. There are tiny chef hats, aprons with ruffled pockets, oven mitts, cupcake hair clips, and full baking outfits in three or four colorways. Away from the kitchen tabs you get the usual anime chibi fare: big sparkling eyes, blush stickers, braided and twin-tail mane styles, saddles and ribbons. Pieces layer properly, so a bow sits over the mane and the apron sits over the dress without clipping through either.

The twist is that dressing is only half the loop. Between outfit rounds the game drops you into cooking and puzzle segments where you pick ingredients or match items to finish an order, and doing well unlocks more pieces for the wardrobe. That gives it more structure than a straight character creator, since each round ends with a finished dish and a look to show for it.

To get a good result, work mane to tail: color first, then hairstyle, then the outfit, because the mane color changes which pastel shades actually match. Pair a warm apron with a cooler mane color so the two read separately instead of blending. And check the small tab arrows at the edge of the panel, since a few accessories only appear in tabs that are easy to scroll past.
