The first minute starts in a bright clinic where an animal patient is already seated in the big chair, mouth open, with a few obvious problem spots. A tray of tools sits along the bottom of the screen: a mirror, a brush, a spray, pliers, and a few others. You tap a tool, then tap the tooth or spot you want to work on, and the tool does its job with a short animation and a little sound. The patient reacts, usually with wide eyes or a small wince, so you can tell right away whether you used the right tool.

Your toolkit covers the usual treatments. There is a water spray for rinsing, a suction hose, a brush for scrubbing off stains, a drill for cleaning out dark spots, pliers for pulling teeth that are too far gone, and a filling tool for sealing the hole afterward. Braces and caps show up as finishing options once the cleaning is done. Each tool only works on the problem it matches, and the game nudges you with a highlight or a hint arrow when you are close.

What separates this doctor game from similar ones is that patients are animals with different mouth shapes, so a long crocodile snout plays differently than a round rabbit face. A round ends when every marked problem is treated and a checklist turns green, and then you see the before-and-after smile and the patient hops out of the chair happy.

Work left to right across the mouth so you never lose track of which teeth are done. Always rinse before you drill, because the brush will not clear a tooth that is still wet. Save pliers for the gray teeth only, since pulling a healthy one costs you points at the end.
