The first screen shows a patient's feet with a row of little trouble spots marked on them: a splinter, a scrape, some dry skin. You start by tapping the trouble spots one at a time. Each one opens a small treatment step, like tweezers for the splinter or a cream tube for the dry patches, and the spot clears up as soon as you finish it. It moves fast, so you see progress within seconds.

After the medical part comes the salon part. You get a foot soak with floating petals, a scrub, and then a full pedicure setup. The nail section has polish colors, patterns like dots and stripes, and little decorations such as stickers and rings for the toes. Categories run across the bottom, and you tap a color first, then a pattern, then extras if you want them. Pieces layer, so a ring sits on top of painted nails and you can swap one without redoing the other.

The twist in this makeover game is that it borrows from other games too. Some rounds hand you a snack to make, which fits the summer beach feel, and the spa tools change based on what the patient actually needs at the start. A round ends when every treatment is done and the finished feet get a before-and-after reveal, with your painted toes as the final shot.

Clear the medical spots before touching the salon tools, because the polish step locks until the feet are healed. Pick pale polish colors if the toes will get toe rings, since bright colors hide them. And check the corner of the treatment bar for the small tool icons; two of the treatments hide there instead of appearing on the main screen.
