Pony Cute Baby Birth

The game opens in a stable with a pony mid-labor. You click through each step of the delivery, then switch to newborn care: washing the foal, checking it over, and settling it into a clean stall.

Once the basics are handled, you move into a spa and grooming stage, brushing its coat, tying ribbons into its mane, and picking out a first outfit. Doctor tools sit next to bows and brushes, which is an unusual pairing for a baby care game.
