What is Zombie Fun Doctor?
Green-skinned and groaning, the patient shuffles onto the table the moment the round starts, and the first tool picked is usually the tweezers, pulling a stray bolt or bug out of an open wound. Zombie Fun Doctor keeps that first fix small on purpose, since bigger tools like the syringe or the stitching kit only make sense once the obvious mess is cleared.
The tray of tools spreads across the bottom of the screen: tweezers, a spray bottle of disinfectant, a syringe loaded with glowing green serum, a needle and thread for stitching torn skin, and a roll of bandages for wrapping whatever is left open. Treatments stack on the patient one after another, so a stitched gash still shows the stitches under a bandage wrapped over it, and a splash of purple ointment can sit under gauze instead of covering it up.
Most doctor and care games clean up a scrape or a cold; this one turns the patient's injuries into something closer to gross-out special effects, oozing and stitched instead of just red and sore. A finished checkup usually ends with the patient sitting up, patched together and grinning, more of a punch line than a diagnosis.
Treating a wound in the wrong order leaves a mess: disinfect a cut before stitching it, since the serum reacts differently once it hits skin that is already sealed up. Working from the worst injury down to the smallest scratch keeps track of what still needs a bandage. The zoom control near the corner of the screen is easy to skip, and it makes small splinters or bolts much easier to grab with the tweezers.
