Fashion Doll Dream House Design & Decorating

The screen opens on a bare dollhouse frame split into a few rooms, each one nothing but blank walls and an empty floor. You start with flooring or wallpaper for whichever room is open, and every swatch you tap changes the surface right away. Fashion Doll Dream House Design & Decorating leaves the doll off to one side until a room has enough furniture for her to use.

The toolkit is split by room. A bedroom tab holds a canopy bed, a tufted armchair, and a round vanity mirror, while the living room tab has a low sofa, a glass coffee table, and floating shelves. Wallpaper and flooring sit in their own category, so a striped wall can pair with checkered tile. Smaller pieces layer over bigger ones, a rug over the flooring, framed art over the wallpaper, fairy lights along the ceiling.

Where this decorating game breaks from a straight makeover is scale: instead of dressing one doll, you furnish a whole small house, room by room, until every space has walls, a floor, and furniture in it. A round ends when the house is full and you can click through each room to look over the finished layout, sometimes with a photo of the whole house to save.

Finish the flooring and wallpaper in a room before adding furniture, since swapping a wall color afterward can clash with pieces already placed. Pick one color family, dusty pink or sage green, and carry it into two or three rooms so the house reads as one home. Furniture often has a small rotate or resize handle at the corner that is easy to miss, and using it keeps a sofa from blocking a doorway.
