Knee Case Simulator starts with cleaning, not dressing: you wipe away dirt, dab on antiseptic, and only once the wound looks clear does a tray of bandages and clothing slide into view.

The care side works through steps: swab, ointment, gauze pad, then a roll of medical tape or a hard cast shell depending on how banged up the knee looks. Once the leg is patched, the closet opens with pieces built around the injury — a loose maxi skirt, cropped joggers rolled above the knee, an ankle boot for the good leg and a soft slipper for the wrapped one. Nothing forces you to hide the bandage, so several pieces are cut to show it instead of covering it over.

Most doctor and care games end the moment treatment is finished, but this dress up game keeps going once the knee is patched, so the styling has to work around the bandage the whole way through instead of ignoring it. The session ends with the patient dressed and standing in the finished look, wrap and all, ready for a final look at the result.

Finishing every treatment step before opening the closet keeps the leg looking properly cared for, since skipping the ointment leaves a red mark no outfit covers. Pick shoes last and check them against the bandaged leg, because a heel on that side looks off once the rest of the outfit is set. A cast calls for looser pants, while tape and a small bandage leave enough room for something more fitted.
