When it starts, you see a small character at the bottom of the screen and objects already drifting down toward you. The pace is gentle for about five seconds, long enough to notice the pattern. You slide left and right to slip through gaps, and your first real choice is which lane of traffic to commit to. Getting clipped once ends the run, so the opening moments are about reading the screen, not rushing.

There is a light care element folded in, which fits its doctor and care tag. Bandage pickups appear between hazards, and collecting them tops up your character's health, shown as a small indicator at the top of the screen. Occasional shields and speed boosts sit in riskier spots, close to where objects cluster, so grabbing one means threading a narrow gap to reach it.

The twist is that the game never settles into one speed. Every stretch of survival adds a little pace, so by a minute in you are reacting rather than planning, and the run ends the moment a hit lands. Instead of levels, your result is a survival time and a score, and each attempt becomes a target for the next one. It is a simple loop, but the health pickups change how you route: sometimes you detour toward a bandage even though the safe path is open.

Three habits improve a run quickly. Stay near the center early on so both sides of the screen stay reachable. Never chase a shield across a dense cluster, because the health loss outweighs the pickup. And when the speed ramps up, make small short movements instead of big swipes; wide corrections are what cause most late hits.
