Cute Chibiusa Maker

Nothing sits on the round-faced chibi character yet, no hair, no outfit, when the first rack opens on hairstyle: a single pigtail bun, twin buns, or loose short hair. Cute Chibiusa Maker starts there because the hairstyle changes the whole shape of the head before any color gets added.

Categories run down the side: hairstyle, hair color, eyes, outfit, and a decorating tray of small extras. Outfits range from a puffy sailor-style dress to a simple pastel sundress, eyes swing from wide sparkly irises to a calmer half-lidded shape, and the decorating tray holds items like a heart hair clip, a star wand, and a ribbon choker that sit over whatever outfit gets picked.

Unlike a straight makeover, this character creator lets proportions get rebuilt almost from zero, so two players starting from the same blank figure can end up with characters that barely resemble each other. A finished design saves as a character card, ready to compare against a fresh build.

Pick hair color before hairstyle if a specific pink or blonde shade matters, since some hairstyles shift shade slightly under the preview lighting. Layer the decorating tray last, since a hair clip placed before the hairstyle locks in can end up hidden under it. Try a few eye shapes even after the outfit looks finished, since a small eye change shifts the whole character's mood.
